Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Lenguia account and the personal data stored with it at any time. This page works for accounts created on lenguia.com and in the Lenguia mobile apps for iOS and Android — it is the same account either way.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, your profile, and the personal data linked to it, including your login.

This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account. We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to keep them — in particular billing and invoice data that is subject to statutory commercial and tax retention periods. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Before you delete: subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first. If you subscribed on lenguia.com, cancel it in your account settings first — once the account is gone you can no longer sign in to cancel.

• In the Lenguia mobile app: Settings → Delete account.
• By email to info@lenguia.com from the address associated with your account.

We answer deletion requests sent by email within 30 days, as required by applicable data protection law.
