Welcome to Lenguia, a language learning platform that utilizes AI-generated content, flashcards, quizzes, and more to enhance your language learning experience.
By accessing or using our website (https://lenguia.com) and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Lenguia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription and Use
Upon starting a subscription, you gain the right to use the Lenguia platform as long as your subscription is active and payments are up to date. You do not have the right to resell or distribute our services.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period. Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current yearly billing period. Your renewal date is the same date as when your subscription started, occurring monthly for monthly subscriptions and yearly for yearly subscriptions.
3. User Data Collection
We collect the following personal data from users:
- Name
- Interests
- Native language
- Learning language
- Progress
- Payment information - handled with Stripe, not saved in our database

4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@lenguia.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We also reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at our discretion. In such cases, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any remaining subscription period based on the discounted payment amount you originally paid.
5. Usage Limits and Fair Use
While our service is provided without specific usage limits, we monitor for unusual behavior patterns. If we detect excessive or inappropriate usage, we reserve the right to temporarily pause your access to content generation features (including flashcards, stories, and other AI-generated content) until we can resolve the matter with you via email.
6. Third-Party AI Models and Disclaimers
Lenguia utilizes AI models and services from various third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, LemonAI, and Flux (via Replicate). These AI models power various features of our platform including content generation, translations, text-to-speech, and image generation.
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content generated by these third-party AI models. Users should use their judgment when utilizing AI-generated content and verify important information independently.
