Beginner Japanese Videos

Short animated stories in Japanese, told slowly in simple sentences. You understand them from the pictures, so you pick up Japanese the natural way.

Watch with subtitles, or turn them off when you are ready. The transcript under each video lights up every word as it is spoken. Tap any word to see what it means.
